	Prof. Dr. Dietmar Segner is practicing orthodontics in Hamburg, Germany, and also teaches at the Orthodontic Department of Hamburg University. While heading that department he set up a post-graduate training program to teach students fixed appliance therapy and other fields of Orthodontics. In numerous lectures and publications he has talked among other things about new orthodontic materials and technologies and about the esthetic impact of orthodontic treatment. His practice is specialized in the treatment of adults, esthetic orthodontics, lingual orthodontics, and orthognathic surgery. Since many years Professor Segner has lectured on these and other topics at congresses and numerous courses in Germany and abroad. He co-authored a classic book on cephalometrics. Curriculum:

	Dr. Dagmar M. Ibe is practicing orthodontics in Hamburg, Germany. After her undergraduate studies she worked as a general dentist and then specialized in orthodontics in Hamburg, Germany. After the postgraduate program she remained at the university and lectured in the postgraduate program and conducted clinical and material research in orthodontics. Then she started a private orthodontic practice in Hamburg. Dr. Ibe's special interests lie in the treatment of adult patients in close interdisciplinary cooperation with prosthodontists, periodontists, and maxillo-facial surgeons. On these topics and also on orthodontic materials she lectures in Europe and overseas. Curriculum:
